If you decide to cancel our services, you can do so on our website. The cancellation becomes effective after our confirmation, and you’ll receive a notification. Post-cancellation, you won’t incur additional charges. However, there are no refunds for payments made before cancellation, even if the services weren’t fully used. In case of 6 months of inactivity, your account will be considered “Inactive” and suspended. You’ll have an additional 3 months to reactivate listings/filters. Beyond 9 months of inactivity, any remaining credits will be forfeited, and you can’t claim them afterward.
